Mr. Khanna pointed out that the show had been witnessing an average 25 to
35 per cent increase in number of exhibitors in every recent edition of
ArabPlast.
"This is huge growth, making ArabPlast one of the biggest events of its kind globally," he added.
ArabPlast 2015, a biennial event, is considered the largest trade show in Dubai when it comes to the size of machinery on display. The exhibition sees arrival of industrial machinery in over 150 containers, for direct selling on the exhibition floor.
Mr. Jeen Joshua, the group project manager of ArabPlast 2015, said: "This year, the show has registered the strongest participation ever, bringing together 1,100 companies from 45 countries, and 18 national pavilions, up 31 per cent compared to the previous edition of the number of exhibitors."
